” We have used the services of 5 care for eighteen months as my husband cannot stand or walk. We have two carers four times a day and I must admit, initially, I found this difficult. I soon realised that we could not do without the carers and over the months the regular ones are almost part of the family. Yes it is difficult if they don t arrive at the time you expect, but they have such a difficult job moving from one area to another. Three weeks ago I had a knee replacement operation, two years overdue. Our son stayed a few days but then I would have been left to it without our carers. Four of them have cooked my husband s breakfast in turn, all of them excellent. They always check that I am alright and make a drink. All of our carers obviously care about Alex and although I cannot mention names there are some who are outstanding. We want to thank all the staff for going over and beyond what is expected of them. And oh yes, I m still on crutches and not my usual self so please KEEP UP THE HELP a bit longer. “
